Nothing but kind

Kindness is the perfect response to a world that might sometimes feel anything but kind.

We can each of us make a deliberate choice to make kindness a habit.

Consciously and intentionally putting out kindness can improve the world around you, both as you perceive it and as others experience it.

What do you think would happen if you were to make a conscious decision to spend just one day acting only with kindness? How differently would you behave from any other day? How different would your actions and interactions be if they came only from a place of kindness?

Imagine how your life would be if every decision you have made and will make were guided only by kindness. What kind of world you have helped to create?

The kindest thing to do will almost always prove to be the best possible thing to do. But it might also be the toughest course you can take.

What if you were guided always by the decision always to do the kindest thing in any given moment?
